This is a great way to manage your berries. Often we buy a little too much and you can adjust this recipe to make enough jam for a few days.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of raspberries
- 1/2 lemon of juice
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
Directions
- Blend the raspberries, lemon juice and honey in a blender until smooth.
- Add the chia seeds and blitz the mixture again.
- Transfer to a clean container. You can keep it in the fridge for a few days.
