Raspberry Chia Seed Jam

This is a great way to manage your berries. Often we buy a little too much and you can adjust this recipe to make enough jam for a few days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of raspberries
  • 1/2 lemon of juice
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds

Directions

  1. Blend the raspberries, lemon juice and honey in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add the chia seeds and blitz the mixture again.
  3. Transfer to a clean container. You can keep it in the fridge for a few days.
